About our Founder
Dr. Gye Johnson, an organizational leadership expert, offers a comprehensive range of services, including training, strategic facilitation, conference presentations, and executive coaching. He holds a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership, an Executive Certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown University, and a Professional Coaching Certification from George Mason’s Center for the Advancement of Well-Being.
Dr. Johnson has established himself as a highly sought-after C-Suite executive coach and strategic partner, holding his clients accountable to their objectives and strategic plans. Drawing upon his extensive organizational facilitation experience, he assists leaders in navigating organizational crises, implementing large-scale institutional change, and developing and executing strategic visions and plans.
