Not every interaction necessitates a one-time engagement. Organizations may require a more extended or formal arrangement to address their specific needs. GJLC possesses extensive contracting experience with both public and private sector agencies. GJLC can offer extended coaching contracts, facilitation contracts, and a comprehensive range of leadership and organizational development support services. GJLC is open to subcontracting opportunities to prime contractors who require additional assistance, as well as prime contracting.

8A certification and Service-connected Disabled Veteran certification are currently pending. In the interim, GJLC is affiliated with an 8A certified organization, granting it access to this status in support of contacting opportunities.
